1. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive 25% commission on every successful sale made through their affiliate link.

2. Sales Tracking

All affiliate sales are digitally tracked through the Payhip platform. The records maintained by Payhip shall be considered final and valid.

3. Payout Schedule

Affiliate commissions will be paid manually by the program owner on a monthly basis.

4. Minimum Payout

Minimum payout amount is Rs.1000 (Commissions below this amount will be carried forward to the next payout cycle.)

5. Payment Method

Payments of commission will be paid through UPI or Bank Transfer.

Affiliates must provide correct payment details.

6. No Spam Promotion Allowed. Affiliates must not use:

·         Spamming

·         Fake promises

·         Misleading claims

·         Forced marketing techniques

·         Unauthorized paid ads using our brand name

Violation may lead to cancellation of affiliate membership and pending commissions.

7. Ethical Promotion

Affiliates are expected to promote the products respectfully and honestly.

8. Refunds & Cancelled Orders

No commission will be paid on refunded, disputed, or cancelled transactions.

9. Modification of Program

We reserve the right to close the Affiliate Program, modify commission structure, payout terms, or affiliate policies at any time without prior notice.

10. Right to Approval or Rejection

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate any affiliate account if found violating the terms.
